    • Higher Level Apprenticeship Accounting Technician (NI)

    Start your career in accountancy through a practical, fully funded route to a Level 5 Diploma for Northern Ireland.

    Become a Higher-level Apprentice

    As a Higher Level Apprentice Accounting Technician you will undertake a two-year work contract with an employer in industry, practice or the public sector.

    Once you successfully complete all of our exams and your two years' work experience, you will receive the ATI Level 5 Diploma for Accounting Technicians (Qualification number 600/0170/0).

    You will work four days a week with your employer and study one day a week with one of our Partner Colleges.

    College tuition is fully funded - you pay no fees.

    The programme provides a real alternative to university and is perfect for students who prefer practical learning to full-time education.

    About ATI

    We do this by ensuring our qualifications are based on the specific skillsets employers require in their accounting technicians, and by providing our members with lifelong learning opportunities throughout their career.

    Our qualification combines professional examinations and assessments with practical work experience. We provide our members with lifelong support throughout their career as an Accounting Technician.

    Graduates can further progress their career in accountancy by going on to study with Chartered Accountants Ireland, or a range of other professional accountancy bodies and higher education institutes.
