Becoming a Member of Accounting Technicians Ireland means you are joining a leading professional accounting body that will assist and support you throughout your career.
Once you pass your exams, complete the Work Practice Programme or obtained two years’ relevant work experience, you can become a Member of ATI and use the professional letters MIATI (Member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians Ireland) after your name.
Members have access to 30 hours of inclusive Continuous Professional Development training.

The QQI Level 6 Accounting Technician Apprenticeship programme is a supportive pathway to a career in accounting where you will be mentored through a two-year, work-based learning programme.
Get a head start in your accountancy career with the Level 5 Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA).
Our HLA is now the leading course of its kind in Northern Ireland and has created over 1,000 new jobs in accounting.
The Accounting Technologist is a new profession that sits between the traditional Accounting Technician and the fully qualified accountant.
