Conferring Ceremony 2020
Graduates of 2020, don your cap and gown for Accounting Technicians Ireland’s first ever virtual conferring ceremony.
We invite our graduates, your family and friends, to join us for a live online event in which you will have your name read in front of your peers and the ATI faculty, and hear from a specially invited guest-speaker.
Taking place Wednesday 16th December, from 4-5pm, this is an opportunity to celebrate and recognise all of your hard work in achieving your qualification. Please make sure to register online to attend the ceremony.
You will receive your conferring parchments through the post in advance of the ceremony. It will be sent to the home address listed in your Member account. If your address has changed, please let us know once you have registered, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
In keeping with tradition, we kindly request that you wear academic dress during the ceremony. We will be providing you with, and covering the cost of your graduation gown. An individual deposit of €25 euro will be required, however, which will be refunded to you once the gown is returned.
We will be in contact with you over the next few weeks with information on how to rent your gown and with more details on the ceremony itself.
Eligibility for graduation
To be invited to graduate and participate in the conferring ceremony, you will need to have successfully completed two years of exams and submitted two years’ work experience which have been approved by the Assessment Panel.
