Further Studies briefing
On 8th September 2010 Accounting Technicians Ireland held a presentation briefing on further education options that are available for our members who might be interested in pursuing further qualifications.
We invited the professional bodies of the six most popular qualifications which our members progress onto studying, including ACCA, Chartered Accountants Ireland, CIMA, CPA, IPASS and the Irish Taxation Institute.
The format for the briefing was that each body took turns to present and they had two speakers each. The first speaker for each professional body was an Accounting Technicians Ireland member who had also gone on to qualify with that body, and they were able to share their experiences about their own time studying. The second speaker was a representative from the body who gave further details about their qualification and what would be involved in studying with them. Each speaker was asked to limit their presentation to 5 minutes.
Please see below for further information on each of the bodies and videos of the speakers.
