Accounting Technicians Ireland offer a professional qualification in just two years.

Registering to become an Accounting Technician

In order to study the Accounting Technicians Ireland qualification and take our exams, all new students must register with Accounting Technicians Ireland and enrol with the licensed college where they intend to study.

If you are under 21 it is advised that you register with Accounting Technicians Ireland first to ensure that you meet our entry requirements.  Our registration takes place from July to October each year.

Please note, if you wish to apply for exemptions you must do this before you register with us.

Register Online Now

Online registration 2011/2012 is now open for both new and continuing students. A stepped payment facility is available to you if you register online. This allows you to spread your payments over four instalments as follows:

  • First Payment - At Registration
  • Second Payment - 25th November 2011
  • Third Payment - 27th January 2012
  • Fourth Payment - 24th February 2012

Please Note: If you are studying our programme through FAS or are in receipt of a grant (e.g. VEC grant), please contact the college co-ordinator before registering with us.

Continuing Students - Offline Registration

If you'd ike to pay by cheque, bank draft, or postal order, please download and print the forms below. They should then be returned to our Student Services Department.

May 2012 exam applications will be available once the August 2011 exam session is complete.

Please contact your college directly for details on enroling for lectures for the 2011/2012 academic year.
