Accounting Technicians Ireland offer a professional qualification in just two years.

Registering to become an Accounting Technician

In order to study the Accounting Technicians Ireland qualification and take our exams, all new students must register with Accounting Technicians Ireland and enrol with the licensed college where they intend to study.

If you are under 21 it is advised that you register with Accounting Technicians Ireland first to ensure that you meet our entry requirements.  Our registration takes place from July to October each year.

Please note, if you wish to apply for exemptions you must do this before you register with us.

How do I register?

Please Note: Students who are in receipt of state funding or grants should contact Accounting Technicians Ireland directly at (01) 649 8180 before registering.

Prospective students (2010/2011)

New students for the academic year 2010/2011 can register with Accounting Technicians Ireland by either:

  1. Posting a completed Registration form which can be found at the back of our prospectus
  2. Registering online (From 1st September 2010)

Students who register online can avail of our stepped payments facility which will allow them to spread the total cost of payments over three instalments during the course of the academic year.
