Accounting Technicians Ireland offer a professional qualification in just two years.

What are the course fees?

The course fees you pay to your college as a student will vary depending on whether you are studying the Accounting Technician course on a full-time or part-time basis in a public sector college or in a private institution. College fees are additional to any course fees paid to Accounting Technicians Ireland.

Remember, you must register with Accounting Technicians Ireland and also with the licensed college where you intend to study.

1 This includes your Annual Student Subscription for 2009/10

2 Students may apply for exemptions from First Year subjects only. The fee for any exemptions awarded by Accounting Technicians Ireland is €50/£45 per subject. First Year subjects that have not been granted an exemption will incur an examination fee of €70/£60 per subject. Please note that exemptions are not awarded for Second Year subjects.

3 In Second Year, three of the four subjects incur an Examination fee of €70/£60 per subject. These are Management Accounting, Financial Accounting II and Taxation II

4The fourth subject, Integrated Accounting Systems, is a practical course and the fee is €120/£110.
